Diana Ross LIVE UK Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions

By entering the Diana Ross LIVE UK Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This Contest is governed by the laws of England and Wales.


Promoter

The Contest is operated by the official Diana Ross team (“Promoter”). This Contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform.


Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Diana Ross, her affiliates, tour promoters, or agencies connected to the Contest—and their immediate family members—are not eligible. One entry per person.


Contest Period

The Contest opens on Saturday, 7 June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday, 15 June 2025. All entries must be submitted within this time frame. Late or non-compliant entries will not be considered.


Prize

One winner will be selected per participating UK city. Each winner will receive:

  • Four (4) complimentary tickets to the Diana Ross LIVE arena show in their selected eligible UK city, to be collected from will call at the venue

  • One (1) merch bundle, which may be collected at the venue or shipped after the event

Eligible UK arena tour dates:

  • Manchester – 26 June 2025

  • Leeds – 28 June 2025

  • Glasgow – 25 June 2025

  • Nottingham – 23 June 2025

  • London – 2 July 2025

  • Liverpool – 30 June 2025

  • Birmingham – 22 June 2025

Please note: The Henley Festival performance on 9 July 2025 is a special festival engagement and is not eligible for this giveaway.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No travel or accommodation is included.


How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Like the post announcing the giveaway

  • Create and post a video or static image on Instagram, Facebook , or TikTok stating which three friends they’d bring to a Diana Ross LIVE UK arena show and why they’re excited to attend

  • Tag all three friends in the caption

  • Tag #DianaRossLIVE in the caption

  • Geotag the post with the city of the eligible arena show they wish to attend

  • Follow @DianaRoss on the platform that contest entry is posted on

  • Ensure the post is public and remains visible through the contest period

Entries referencing the Henley Festival will not be considered.


Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen by a panel from the DR team based on alignment with the contest prompt.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another may be selected. All decisions are final.

Winner must submit a photograph of themselves and their identification to the DR team via e-mail with 48 hours of being selected as winner.  The same ID sent to the DR team must be used to collect tickets at will call and gifted merchandise at the show. No exceptions.


Content Usage & Publicity

By entering, you grant permission for DR and her team to share, repost, and use your entry—including caption, photo or video—for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials, without additional approval or compensation.
Winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and city in Contest-related publicity.


Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, infringing, non-compliant with platform rules, or fails to include the required tags and geotag.


Data Protection

All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will only be used to administer the Contest and deliver prizes.


General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary due to technical issues, fraud, or events beyond its control.
Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these terms. The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding.


Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation or prize acceptance.
